As coffee is a consumable goods we do not accept returns of roasted coffee. We will only replace or refund coffee if it's faulty or damaged in any way. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your coffee at email@example.com
In regards to non-coffee products, we will not replace any used items. Kindly email us your order number, the reason for exchange or return, and the items and quantities you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of the order date.
We will provide you with details on how to proceed with the return or exchange process. All returns or exchanges must be placed in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning merchandise to us.
